Chainsaw Carved Burnt Black Hanging Ledge Bear – 15" Giant Sequoia Redwood

This burnt black hanging ledge bear measures approximately 15 inches long, 8 inches tall, and 9 inches wide. Its front paws hang over the edge, making it a great fit for mantels, shelves, cabinets, railings, or other raised surfaces where it can look down.

Hand carved from heart-free Giant Sequoia Redwood reclaimed from local tree removals in Oregon. Heart-free wood excludes the center of the log, where deep cracking most often begins, helping provide better long-term stability. The bear is torch burned to create its black finish, then treated with Cabot Australian Timber Oil, enhancing the natural grain while helping protect it for indoor or outdoor display.

Handcrafted in Oregon. Because each bear is individually hand carved, slight variations in size, shape, wood grain, color, and carving details are normal. In many cases, you may not notice any difference at all.
