Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling All items are handcrafted in Oregon. In-stock pieces ship within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order items require 2–4 weeks before shipment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (USA — Contiguous 48 States) We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states unless otherwise noted on the product page. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We ship select items internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. Delivery times vary by destination.

Made-to-Order Items Items marked "Made to Order" are crafted specifically for you after purchase. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production prior to shipment. We'll keep you updated on your order's progress. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. For lost shipments, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
