This sitting brown bear with an upward-looking pose measures approximately 15 inches tall, 11 inches wide, and 9 inches deep. The upward-looking pose works especially well when displayed below eye level, allowing you to better see the bear's face and expression.

Hand carved from heart-free Giant Sequoia Redwood reclaimed from local tree removals in Oregon. Heart-free wood excludes the center of the log, where deep cracking most often begins, helping provide better long-term stability. Finished with three coats of oil-based spar urethane, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor display.

Handcrafted in Oregon. Because each bear is individually hand carved, slight variations in size, shape, wood grain, color, and carving details are normal. In many cases, you may not notice any difference at all.
